Way back in April 2009 we friends and relatives have organized a first ever wild life trip. iCampers seeds were sown during this camp. We were group of
6 planned the visit to Pench national park. At that time there was no name to the group.
In that small camp we had great sightings. Those were
the days when I did not have the SLR camera. All the photos in here were
clicked using Canon SX10IS.
Folks in this first ever camp batch were –
Vishal, Pratibha,Vijay,Ranjan kaka, Shreya and I
First time we experienced a wild cat coming at a distance of 6ft from our vehicle. It was amazing feeling which inspires us to go again and again to the wild life sanctuaries to witness that excitement.
Since then we did lot many camps but the first camp still makes me nostalgic!

One of the amazing sighting during that camp was the Asian Palm Civet. Since then I had seen this animal couple of times but was not able to take a snap. So till 2014 this is the only shot I have of this lovely animal.

I did not have the SLR and big lenses that time. But that was blessing in disguise. With the bigger lens, I would have lost this shot! Anyways the shots were not that great, but good enough to induce the urge of learning photography.
